Jake surprised me with a nice little vacation - we were unable to go anywhere for our 5th anniversary last year because Ben was just a newborn, so we decided we'd do something big this year instead. Jessica offered to watch our kids for us, but we knew their baby girl would be arriving before December, so we went a little early so she wouldn't have 2 extra kids, plus a new baby. Thanks Joe & Jessica for letting our kids come stay with you - they had so much fun!
We picked Disneyland because there were things we wanted to do there, but it's hard with little ones! We'll take the kids next time! :)
This was crazy - I don't have a picture from our first day there to show you, but anyway, the first night we went, all the flowers were red & all of the summer decor was still up; by the next morning, they had changed everything out for Halloween Time - CRAZY!
